Plot

 The story revolves around the young boy named Okumura Rin who always get into fights and could not get a proper job. Rin has always been ridiculed and seen by other people as a demon because of his violent behavior.  He has been not good to anything aside from cooking. After being hired on a job, he met the girl who came to their monastery. He discovered that the girl was being bullied by a small monkey-like creature and tried to protect her. He got fired on his job after that ruckus.  The next day he woke up and saw the whole place surrounded by small flying creatures (same size with bees) but for some reason, other people could not see those. He was confronted by the guys he fought the other day. Horns and tail appeared to one of the guys and he was taken down. Then suddenly, blue fires were emitted on Rin’s body. He was almost killed but then his father, Fujimoto, came to rescue him. Rin learned that the boy was possessed by a demon and his father exorcised him. He also learned the truth that he was actually a Satan’s son born from human mother. The blue flames were proof of Satan’s power. During their struggle to protect Rin from the demons, his father gave him a sword and was told that his power was sealed in it and he should never unsheathe the sword or else, he will turn in to a demon and will never become human again. However, his father got possessed by Satan and killed himself to be freed from possession and protect Rin. Rin was in big pinch so he used the sword given to him by his father. He managed to survive but it was too late for his father. With this turn otf events, Rin decided to become an exorcist just like his father and kick Satan’s ass. With the help of his father’s friend, Mephisto, he was enrolled to the school where his twin brother, Okumura Yukio, was also enrolled to. His younger twin brother did not question the events that happened so Rin thought that he should not involve his brother about it. The two of them are fraternal twins, but Yukio was not able to acquire Satan’s blue flames. He attends regular classes and at the same time cram school (for exorcists). On the first day of his cram school, he was surprised to discover that Yukio was his teacher. They kept his blue flames a secret from everyone. As he pursues his goals, he was able to make friends and learn stuffs
Remarks/Comments:

This is a good anime. I like how different Rin and Yukio’s personalities are. It’s funny how Rin was the older brother but he was being childish and would always get scolded by Yukio like a mother. They’re complete opposites but heir brotherly love was really amazing. It is fun watching the anime and it’s interesting. In the anime, lots of things have not yet been uncovered. Mephisto, who was said to be Fujimoto’s best friend, has been pulling behind the strings and I am unsure if he’s an ally or not. Also, one of their classmates is still a mystery (he doesn’t talk or interact much unlike others and he doesn’t have much exposure). I really am hoping for a next season. Ehe. Rin is so cool and adorable too.. :3

Kateikyoshi Hitman Reborn!

Plot

 Sawada Tsunayoshi, a wimpy no good middle-schooler, has a nickname ‘No good Tsuna’ (‘Dame Tsuna’ in Japanese). He’s such a wimp and was never good at anything. He was living his normal no-good life until one day, he met a baby named Reborn claiming to be his home tutor.  Reborn was actually the world’s number one hitman and he came to Tsuna in order to train him to become a great mafia boss. Tsuna was told that he was going to be the tenth boss of Vongola family (one of the greatest and strongest family in the mafia world).  Tsuna never agreed to become the tenth boss of the Vongola Family. After meeting Reborn, he got to meet people who are involved in the mafia world and make friends at his school (Namimori Middle School).  He even got to talk and become friendly with his crush, Sasagawa Kyoko.  Certain incidents happened which endangered his inheritance as the Vongola 10th boss. He got hunted by Rokudo Mukuro (an escapee from prison who eventually fought alongside with him), which caused great disturbance and ruckus to his school. Later on, he and his friends were engaged in the ring conflict which determines the 10th boss and Guardians.  There are 7 rings that are supposed to be handed over to the next generation of Vongola Family. Tsuna and his friends were given the half of each ring and the other halves were given to Varia, the special assassination squad of Vongola (they were the main cause of the ring conflict). They will need to have an official fight against each Varia wherein the winner will have the other half of the ring. All Tsuna ever wanted was to become stronger to survive the fight and have his normal happy life with his friends back. But after knowing the truth about Xanxus (the leader of Varia) and what he did to the Vongola the 9th, Tsuna was resolved to win against him. After the ring conflict, they got summoned and trapped in the future. They were to gather the guardians of the rings and go after Irie Shoichi to defeat Byakuran. They try to survive in an era wherein the fights make use of rings and box weapons.  It was believed that they could defeat Byakuran since they have the Vongola Rings which cease to exist in the future. They were trained how to fight and became stronger. They were able to infiltrate the base where Irie Shoichi is and confronted him. Irie Shoichi was working under Byakuran however they found out that he was actually on Tsuna’s side and was playing villain in order to make Tsuna and his friends stronger. They got to meet 7 strongest babies (a.k.a. Arcobaleno) and the first generation Vongola family. Together they faced Byakuran to prevent him from destroying the future and go back to the past.



Remarks/Comments:

The real fun starts on the 20th episode wherein Rokudo Mukuro and his comrades were hunting Tsuna. When Tsuna fights at first, he gets to be shot by Reborn’s special bullet and then goes into hyper mode. His clothes get torn and he shouts like crazy. But during Mukuro’s fight, he got to fight with his clothes on and he was super super damn cool! He looks so different too. <3 I really like how Tsuna’s friends cared for him. They have different personalities but somehow, they shared the same virtues and outlook in life. You might find it boring if you’re going to judge the anime on the first episodes. It must to be watch until the very end. You might also find Reborn uncool because he’s a baby. But as I watched it, Reborn is pretty amazing and cool too. He’s not just a baby. He’s the strongest hitman but he got cursed and became a baby.  This anime is really one of my favorite.  You need to watch it.

Naruto Shippuuden

Before you continue to read, let me warn you that there'll be spoilers.


Plot

In Naruto Shippuuden, Naruto returns from his training with Jiraiya. Naruto's friends were now chuunins, and few of them are already jounins. At that time, Akatsuki also started hunting powerful Bijuu (Tailed Beasts) that were sealed within people (they're called Jinchuriki). Naruto's Kyubi is one of the Bijuu that is being targeted by Akatsuki. They were able to successfully capture 7 tailed beasts. Once the tailed beasts are extracted from their Jinchuriki, the person eventually dies. Gaara, the Kazekage and also one of Naruto's friends, got his Bijuu extracted from him. Gaara died but was revived by one of the elders of his village. Kakashi at that time was severely wounded so Tsunade, the Hokage (also one of the Legendary Sannin), assigned two people to be in Naruto's team for  precautions against Akatsuki, Sai (Sasuke's replacement) was an ANBU from the root division and Yamato (also an ANBU). They make the Team Kakashi.  On the other hand, Sasuke has become stronger and killed Orochimaru. He created a group (namely 'Hebi') with the objectives to go after Uchiha Itachi and take his revenge. He killed his brother, however, the Akatsuki's founder, Tobi, told Sasuke the truth about Itachi. Sasuke discovered that Itachi killed the entire clan under the instructions given to him by the higher ups of Konoha. Itachi couldn't bring himself to kill Sasuke and spared his life. He was labeled as a traitor and after all that, Itachi joined the Akatsuki to spy and keep track of the organization's movements. Saddened by his brother's death, Sasuke decided to destroy Konoha instead of carrying his brother's will. He renamed the group he's leading to 'Taka' with the objective to destroy the village.  Several Akatsuki member were defeated by Konoha ninjas including the leader Pain. He was defeated by Naruto and was called the hero of the village. During their battle, Naruto was able to meet his father, Minato, which is the Fourth Hokage. However, Tobi disguised himself as Uchiha Madara and declared war against all shinobi. He wished to obtain all nine tailed beasts to perform an illusion powerful enough to control humanity. The 5 kage/ leaders of ninja villages : Mizukage, Kazekage, Tsuchikage, Raikage and Hokage, decided to join forces to defeat Uchiha Madara. At that time Naruto was trained by the Jinchuriki of the Eight Tailed Beast to control the Kyubi. During the training, he met his mother, Ushina, who helped him against the Kyubi. Kabuto, who took some of Orochimaru's corpse, also joined the war but he was on Tobi's side. Soon they were able to learn that Tobi is not the real Uchiha Madara because the real Madara was revived by Edo Tensei (reanimation). Tobi was actually Uchiha Obito, former subordinate of Kakashi. He was supposed to be dead but he was saved by the real Uchiha Madara. Itachi was also revived by Edo Tensei and by that, Sasuke got to talk to him. Sasuke searched for the truth and real legacy of Konoha by having Orochimaru revived and initiate Edo Tensei to the four Hokage. After learning the history of the village, Sasuke, together with his group 'Taka', Orochimaru and the four Hokage, decided to join the war to stop Uchiha Madara and Obito. Team 7 was reunited at this point. Obito converted back on the good side but Madara was consumed by total darkness and Kaguya, the progenitor of chakra, appeared before them. With the new powers given by the sage of the six paths to Naruto and Sasuke, they were able to take down Kaguya and save everyone. After the war, Naruto and Sasuke settled their long awaited battle at the place where they have fought before.  The two of them fought until they were too injured to continue with their fight. After that,  Sasuke was able to change. 



Remarks/Comments:

A lot has happened and there's lots of conflicts going on. The truth was unraveled slowly. The real story between Naruto's parents has been shown as well. It really brought me to tears when I watched the part where Naruto was hugged by her mom. The battle against Obito and Uchiha Madara was really awesome because they had the four dead Hokage to their side and the 5 kage of different villages. Sasuke also joined the fight to defend the shinobis. Moreover, the tailed beasts were befriended by Naruto and aided him on the fight. One of my favorite scenes is when Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto did the Summoning technique together during the battle.  I've been rooting for Hinata and Naruto from the very beginning so the ending of the manga was very satisfying. The anime has lots of extras and flashbacks of previous missions so I found it a little boring but it's still good. You need to watch the anime and read the manga.  <3
